Job description

Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled and motivated System Engineers to join our team in Pune and Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of telecom domain systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in network implementation, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecom systems, applications, and databases.
  • Perform patch installations, firmware upgrades, and system optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, rating & charging, provisioning, and CRM systems.
  • Implement and support network solutions including TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, and AAA systems.
  • Work with technologies such as Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, JavaScript, and JSP.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support telecom operations and customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational manuals.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Telecom Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of PCRF, packet core, mediation, billing, CRM, provisioning, and charging systems.
  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with Apache, Cisco, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Oracle, TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, Radius, Diameter, and AAA.
  • Scripting / Programming : Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSP.
  • System Management : Expertise in patch installation, firmware upgrades, and system troubleshooting.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
  • Communication : Excellent oral and written documentation skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in telecom domain support or system engineering roles
