Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing go-to-market strategies for newly launched products, working closely with sales and product management teams, and formulating product marketing initiatives. This position also involves building data-driven market insights and coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive product success

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct detailed market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor movements. Convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Pricing Strategy : Develop and implement data drive pricing strategies to optimize profitability, market competitiveness and customer value alignment.
• Product Roadmap, Product Positioning & Strategy : Define product value proposition, differentiation, and messaging in line with market demands and company goals.
• Go-to-Market Execution : Plan and execute product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely and impactful rollouts with cross-functional alignment.
• Scheme Management- Channel & Customer Engagement : Build strong engagement with distributors, retailers, and end customers. Drive channel marketing programs, trade schemes, exhibitions, and events.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting : Track campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI. Share regular updates and recommendations with leadership.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to align marketing initiatives with business and product development plans
