Designation : Ad Sales – Affiliate / Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and manage direct advertisers in the Mobile / App vertical (CPI, CPA).
- Drive consistent revenue growth through performance-based ad campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Client Servicing, Data) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand goals and deliver measurable results.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance updates to management.
Requirements :
Experience : 0.6 to 6 years in Affiliate / Performance Marketing, preferably handling Mobile App (CPI / CPA) campaigns.Proven track record in Ad Sales / Client Acquisition / Advertiser Onboarding.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple accounts.Bachelor's degree required.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Skills Required
