About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with strong industry connections and a proven record in digital media sales . The ideal candidate should be passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and closing strategic partnerships across programmatic, branding, and performance marketing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard direct brands, media agencies, and networks for digital marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure recurring business.

Promote and pitch programmatic, brand awareness, and performance-based media offerings.

Conduct regular client meetings across Delhi, NCR, and Gurugram; attend outstation meetings as required.

Work closely with internal teams to align campaign delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in digital ad sales / business development / media sales .

Strong network of agency and brand contacts within the Delhi-NCR ecosystem.

Proven success in programmatic, branding, and performance marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent client travel.
