Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our HR / Recruitment consultancy team. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with clients and candidates over the phone, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate information regarding recruitment and loan-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain services and gather requirements.
Communicate fluently in Tamil to assist clients effectively.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and approval of client applications.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Assess customer needs and suggest suitable service or loan options.
Maintain and update client records in the database system.
Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of leads.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets and performance metrics.
Handle customer objections with professionalism and empathy.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (additional knowledge of Telugu or English is an advantage).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle client queries with patience and confidence.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Data Entry).
Team-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Requirements
