Description

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and assisting with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service quality.
