Seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy : Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, programmatic, email, affiliate, and shopping.
- Optimization : Analyze data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management : Allocate and manage marketing budgets to achieve key KPIs.
- Audience Targeting : Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and messaging.
- Collaboration : Work with creative, content, client services, and sales teams to ensure aligned execution.
- CRO : Conduct A / B testing and apply CRO strategies to enhance website and landing page performance.
- Reporting : Create insightful performance reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Market Analysis : Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements :
5+ years in performance marketing (agency or client-side).Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, affiliate, and social media advertising.Skilled in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Clevertap, Singular, Kissmetrics).Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.Show more
