Solution Architecture :
- Design end-to-end iValua solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Proficient with iValua modules : Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure-to-Pay, Catalog Management, Budget Management, Mobile Procurement, Collaboration, and workflows.
Implementation :
Lead the implementation of iValua modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Customize iValua configurations to meet specific business process requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.Integration :Design and implement integrations between iValua and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and accuracy.Optimization and Best Practices :
Analyze procurement processes and recommend optimizations leveraging iValua functionalities.Incorporate best practices for negotiation, price settlement, dispute resolution, and contract drafting within the iValua platform.Stakeholder Management :
Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.Training and Support :Provide training and support to end-users on iValua functionalities.Address technical queries and provide guidance to users on platform usage
