What will you be expected to do?

You will contribute to the technological solution by delivering expert services for large, complicated projects. You will help provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, as well as Architecture guidance and direction, based on your extensive knowledge of SAP. You are also considered a technical leader within the SAP community, and you consistently offer your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned

Ivalua Support Consultant

to join NCS’s SaaS E-Procurement practice. This hybrid role requires a combination of

client-facing consulting

offshore team management

• . You will be instrumental in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Ivalua solutions, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their SaaS procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary functional consultant for Ivalua implementations, upgrades, and support.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders from procurement, finance, and IT to design scalable and efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Oversee and coordinate offshore functional and support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Create comprehensive documentation, process maps, and client presentations using PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations for best practices, process improvements, and platform adoption strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

IT consulting experience with 5+ years in SaaS procurement using Ivalua.

Strong functional knowledge of S2P, P2P, and ERP integration concepts.

Proven client-facing skills with ability to influence stakeholders across procurement, finance, and IT.

Excellent documentation, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Ivalua certification.

Experience supporting global clients in APAC, US, or EMEA regions.

Exposure to low-code / no-code integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.

Experience in process optimization and change management in procurement functions.
