Senior Technical Recruiter

Job descriptionUtilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical assessments and feedback sessions with internal teams. Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment process improvement. Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, etc.). Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Work schedule & timing : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM IST
Note : We are having 2 openings - Technical Recruiter (2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience), Senior Technical Recruiter (5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience) - Any region / geography

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and on-boarding.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
