Work schedule & timing : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM IST
Note : We are having 2 openings - Technical Recruiter (2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience), Senior Technical Recruiter (5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience) - Any region / geography
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and on-boarding.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Sourcing and Talent Mapping :
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including , job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Screening and Evaluation :
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate technical assessments and feedback sessions with internal teams.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting :
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.Mentorship and Collaboration :
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment process improvement.Key Skills Required :
Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, etc.).Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean searches, Recruiter, and other tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
