Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within Heathcare sectors . The ideal candidate will have experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients and utilizing VMS (Vendor Management System) portals . A hands-on understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years of US-based recruitment experience , with a focus on Heathcare sectors.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to match candidates with appropriate client roles.
• Strong understanding of MSP and VMS portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) and working with MSP clients .
• Hands-on experience with ATS.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
