Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Perintalmanna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, building client relationships, monitoring market trends, and reporting sales performance. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Sales and Leadership skills

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

Strong client relationship management skills

Ability to monitor market trends and report sales performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
