Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Executive Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in media & digital and should be eager to grow in the talent acquisition space. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and helping to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft and publish job descriptions in various portals.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Requirements :
6 months to 1 year of experience in media & digital recruitment (in-house or consultancy).Basic understanding of the hiring process and various sourcing techniques.Familiarity with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work.Bachelor’s degree in any field.Reporting - HR Manager
Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)
Monday to Saturday - Alternative Saturdays off
