Preparation of
HR MIS
(includes detail, manpower & cost analysis, entry, exit, attrition, recruitment status, retention, trainings, age ratio, productivity reports etc.).
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
Payroll Management
Validation & Verification of payment data to ensure zero errors.
Handled
HR Audit
process - Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
HR Compliances
For PF-Give the PF number to employees, submit the necessary statement such as Form 5, Form 10, PF challans on a monthly basis.
Obtaining EPF Registration / EPF Code Number.
Preparing and filling monthly returns with Employee’s Provident Fund Authority
Assistance to employees in Withdrawals from EPF.
Assistance to employees in Transfer of EPF Accumulation.
Correspondence / Liasoning with concerned EPF Department / Office.
