Role : Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant(integration exp is must have)

Exp : 3 to 12Yrs

Location :

Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)

Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant + ADP / any integration (BIP Reports)

Assist in assessing the technical feasibility against business requirements

Define the technical design document against the Functional design or business requirements

Building prototype with functional team

Development of code packages and migration to different environments

Should be able to create HSDL based Spreadsheet loaders

Should be able to use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity

Technical Skills Knowledge

Payroll elements fast formulas and costing setup

Payroll flows checklists and payroll processing

Understanding of Payroll tables Payroll PayRun results

Writing fast formulas for calculations validations and element configurations Balance Initia4lization and validation of formulas

HCM Data loader HDL HCM spreadsheet data loader HSDL
