Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate laws, revenue matters, property documentation, and litigation procedures . The role also involves legal documentation, court appearances, and liaison work with external counsel. The position requires flexibility in working hours, especially for post-office visits and legal errands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit external counsel's office post 6 : 30 PM for case discussions and document submissions.
• Attend court hearings, police stations, and other judicial / quasi-judicial bodies as required.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including property and revenue records .
• Provide legal support on real estate projects, title verification, land acquisition, RERA compliance, and due diligence .
• Conduct legal research and provide support in case preparation.
• Maintain and update case files, follow up on hearing dates, and ensure timely compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for gathering necessary information and documents.
• Liaise with external legal consultants and advocates on ongoing matters.
• Translate and interpret Kannada legal documents when required.
