Job Description

Experience : 8–10 years | Education : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA / MS (CS / IT preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead fintech product development with agility and efficiency

Define and execute technology strategy aligned to business vision

Ensure timely sprint deliverables with strong project leadership

Drive success across Product, Sales, and Operations teams

Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team

What We’re Looking For :

Strong Agile / Scrum expertise , strategic thinking, and people management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus : Java Spring Boot microservices exposure, past hands-on coding experience

Domain experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, NBFC, Trade Finance
