Role Overview

As a

Senior Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in leading BIM-enabled design delivery for global landmark projects. You will mentor teams, drive innovation through digital-first methodologies, and ensure design precision aligned with international standards and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of complex building systems (Electrical / Mechanical / FPS / PHE) for diverse global projects.

Champion

BIM-driven , data-integrated design workflows.

Collaborate across disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-performance MEP systems.

Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting excellence and innovation.

Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability objectives.

Represent Pinnacle’s design expertise in client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.

10+ years

of progressive design experience in respective domain.

Strong exposure to

UK and Middle East projects

preferred.

Proficiency in

BIM, Revit, AutoCAD , and digital design tools.

Professional certifications (CEng / PE / IMechE / NFPA / CIBSE / ISHRAE) are desirable.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
