Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis specializing in Japanese cuisine. The role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality Japanese dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the senior chefs in daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation of meals, adhering to recipes and quality control, and contributing to an efficient and organized kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking with a focus on Japanese cuisine
• Advanced Culinary Skills and a passion for creating authentic and high-quality dishes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hygiene practices and food safety regulations
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
