We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can seamlessly blend strategic brand storytelling with performance driven execution. From lead generation to CRM, this role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll lead marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, user education, product adoption, and long-term engagement—across both organic and digital channels.
What You’ll Own
Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement marketing strategies across the funnel—building awareness, driving acquisition, onboarding new users, and nurturing existing ones.
- Lead integrated campaign planning across content, digital, and lifecycle touch points.
Content & Awareness Marketing
Create and manage content strategies that fuel organic growth—blogs, videos, newsletters, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.Drive brand storytelling, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice consistency across channels.Run awareness and product marketing campaigns across social media, search, influencer, and partnership channels.Retention & Engagement
Partner with product and success teams to shape post-acquisition journeys that deepen engagement.Lead lifecycle marketing—onboarding, education, win-backs, and CRM-based nurturing.Digital & CRM Campaigns
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns—Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn—targeted at key personas and segments.Use tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, and Google Analytics to automate and personalize user journeys.Track and optimize campaigns with UTMs, cohorts, and A / B testing.Community & Brand Advocacy
Launch initiatives that inspire user advocacy—testimonials, ambassador programs, and user-led events.Build community-first campaigns that drive participation, feedback, and co-creation.Agency & Partner Collaboration
Manage external agencies, creatives, and freelancers—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned to brand goals.Collaborate internally across product, design, and customer-facing teams for cohesive execution.What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of marketing experience in B2C, B2B2C, or EdTech environments.Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.).Strong storytelling and brand strategy skills.Proven track record in organic and performance marketing (SEO, paid media, social).Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, channels, and creative formats.Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and growth mindset.Passion for education, user success, and mission-driven marketing.Nice to Have
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.Knowledge of content-led SEO and inbound demand generation.Familiarity with referral, loyalty, or community engagement strategies.Requirements
