Role Overview
The Amazon Specialist – Marketing & Merchandising will play a key role in driving Packt’s paid performance and merchandising impact on Amazon. Working under the direction of the Amazon Marketing Lead, the role will focus on planning and executing monthly Amazon paid campaigns, briefing and coordinating creative assets, and delivering actionable insights through campaign performance analysis.
Alongside paid marketing, the role will own key merchandising activities such as maintaining and optimising Packt’s Amazon Storefront, refreshing content, and monitoring conversion and traffic data to support decision-making across publishing Verticals. This role will also act as a key contact for liaising with Amazon to identify and resolve issues affecting promotions, product pages, and campaign delivery.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven marketer with experience managing Amazon campaigns across both paid advertising (PPC) and price discount promotions. You’re comfortable working with performance data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations. You can balance multiple priorities, from monitoring always-on ads to coordinating time-sensitive discount campaigns, while keeping Packt’s Amazon presence fresh and engaging. Collaborative, organised, and proactive, you can work across teams and with Amazon contacts to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range - INR 70K-110K fixed pay per month (skills and / or experience dependent)
