What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities
- Plan focused 1 : 1 ABM and cluster campaigns and marketing activities working closely with Marketing, Sales, Propositions and Commercial teams to drive revenue.
- Design & execute 1 : 1 ABM, 1 : few cluster, and broad-based marketing initiatives to support pipeline requirements for your account portfolio.
- Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic campaigns based on an understanding of the segmentations of accounts within your account portfolio and the right personas to engage in those campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Work closely with sales and proposition teams to understand customer needs and create targeted campaigns.
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Analyze marketing data, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc. to help shape marketing strategies
Skills required for the job
Ability to plan marketing programs and assess impact on business growth via measurable KPIsSkilled in analysing available Insights for the role and researching any additional requirements through secondary research.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools- SalesForce, Eloqua and MarketoAnalytical and numerical skills to analyse, design & develop customer data sets.Story-telling with data : strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences to find creative solutions.Proficient in using data to inform marketing decisions and capable of executing complex campaigns across multiple channels.Should also be adept at managing budgets, vendor and agency management.Excellent presentation skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detailExperience you would be expected to have
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of B2B and integrated marketing strategiesUnderstanding of customer journey mappingTypically a degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business, marketing, economics, statistics, analytics, etc.Experience :
