Role Description :
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client relationship management across Pan India for IT recruitment. This role demands proven experience in managing large-scale hiring programs through MSP (Managed Service Provider) platforms mainly Beeline , ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and consistent achievement of recruitment targets. The individual will act as a strategic partner to clients, managing multiple stakeholders, driving business growth, and leading delivery teams to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage client relationships across Pan India for IT recruitment, acting as a single point of contact.
- Manage large recruitment programs via MSP platforms (Beeline) ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and client processes.
- Partner with hiring managers, procurement, and MSP program teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategy.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment cycle management through vendor management systems (VMS) with a focus on IT skill sets.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements with high-quality candidates.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and MSP partners, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- Manage escalations and provide solutions to complex client or candidate-related challenges.
- Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Achieve revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction goals while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers / recruiters to ensure strong delivery and professional development.
Key Competencies & Skills :
Strong understanding of IT recruitment across skill sets, domains, and technologies.Proven experience in working with MSP programs (Beeline experience mandatory; Fieldglass or other VMS a plus) .Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple levels.Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L, revenue targets, and delivery KPIs.Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently across high-volume hiring needs.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience :
8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment / account management.Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in working with Beeline MSP programs .Prior experience managing Pan-India recruitment accounts preferred.Educational Qualification :
Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.Regards,
