About the Role :

Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Safety Solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and compliance activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment, screening, and onboarding for multiple departments.
• Recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Quality Managers, Sales Executives, Admin Staff, Operations Staff, and IT Staff.
• Manage joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Handle attendance verification and coordinate with Admin, Operations, and Accounts departments.
• Support in salary processing, incentives, advances, increments, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory HR requirements, coordinating with consultants and the accounts team.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
• Develop and maintain checklists, reports, and monitoring documents on a need basis.
• Support management in HR data tracking, performance documentation, and reporting.
