We’re hiring an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, strategy, and people management. This role drives organizational growth through effective HR leadership, performance systems, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR strategy, policy, and compliance aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management, L&D, and employee engagement.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR analytics, HRMS / ATS tools, and process improvements.
Requirements :
MBA / MSW / MHRM / PGDM in HR with 5–10 years of experience (3+ in a senior role).Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, payroll, and HRMS (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Benefits :
