We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and engagement for our fast-scaling digital and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across departments (Digital Marketing, Sales, Design, and Tech).
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communication with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Conduct smooth onboarding, including joining formalities, documentation, and induction.Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely updates in HR systems.Assist in managing performance reviews and training coordination.3. HR Operations
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Excel or AI-powered tools.Support HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.Collaborate with department heads to maintain a positive and motivated work environment.Contribute creative ideas to strengthen internal communication and culture initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (preferably in digital or tech-driven organizations).Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS software .Familiarity with AI or automation tools is an added advantage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us
