IT Business Analyst - eCommerce

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring clear understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation including use cases, functional specifications, and workflows.
• Create diagrams and rough wireframes to visually represent requirements and business processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to explain requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, solution demonstrations, and requirement analysis.
• Develop and maintain excellent documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply industry knowledge of e-commerce projects to deliver relevant and practical Skills and Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT services.
• Prior experience working on e-commerce projects or within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong documentation skills, including creation of clear, well-structured reports and diagrams.
• Ability to create rough wireframes based on business requirements to assist design and development teams.
• Technical understanding sufficient to effectively communicate scenarios and requirements with development teams.
• Experience in pre-sales activities is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
