Job descriptionLead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Demonstrate proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, tailoring the approach to project requirements while ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely deliverables. Identify and assess project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including business units, development teams, and executive leadership, by providing effective communication on project progress, risks, and achievements. Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Uphold and enforce quality standards by implementing best practices, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring adherence to all project specifications. Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into delivery processes, including automating documentation, reporting, risk prediction, and resource optimization. Align AI capabilities within the product (e.g., claims automation, fraud detection) with delivery processes to ensure seamless customer onboarding. 5-7 years of dedicated project management experience, with 10-15 years of overall professional experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Proven experience in various estimation techniques and pre-sales. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, and maintain a results-driven focus.
Position : Project Manager (Insurance Domain)
Experience : 5-7 years of Project Management experience; 10-15 years overall.
Location : As per company discretion
Travel : Available to travel overseas for project-related meetings.
