Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support people operations , including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Manage and update the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) regularly.
• Help maintain and implement HR policies in line with company standards.
• Support day-to-day HR administration tasks, including attendance, leave management, and documentation.
• Assist with facility management and coordinate office-related needs.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
