Role : Human Resources Intern

Location : Bengaluru (On-site)

Internship Duration : 3 Months

Stipend : ₹10,000 per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be actively involved in supporting various HR functions including :

• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Managing and helping administer employee benefits processes
• Supporting recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintaining and updating HR records and documentation
• Assisting in employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Providing day-to-day support to the HR team in personnel management and internal communications
