Job descriptionDrive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Translate complex business needs into system configurations and enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. Support the development and execution of change management strategies, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning. Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and innovation. Lead the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and standard reports to support strategic decision-making. Respond to a high volume of ad hoc reporting requests, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and geographies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data driven insights. Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and uncover deeper insights from HR data. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs with precision and confidentiality. Partner with HR teams across geographies to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR users globally. Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness by ensuring strong time zone overlap with U.S.-based stakeholders to support effective global collaboration. Bachelors / Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 + years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system. Experience with UKG Pro and / or Workday strongly preferred. Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgrades. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures. Experience supporting both U.S. and international HR processes Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile). Be part of a team thats transforming healthcare through technology.
