Lean Coordinator (SCM)

Key Deliverables :

• Lead Lean Supply Chain transformation through process design, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Drive inventory optimization including Inventory Turns, Back Order root cause analysis, and ABC / XYZ studies.
• Implement Lean systems like JIT, Kanban, and 2-bin synchronized with internal processes.
• Deliver sustainable logistics, warehouse, and packaging cost reduction projects through cross-functional collaboration.
