Job descriptionCollaborate with SIOP, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics for process streamlining. Monitor and eliminate excess inventory generation through structured root cause analysis. Improve order management flow and implement safety stock strategies with digitization. Execute supplier reliability and consolidation projects to drive zero-defect and cost efficiency goals.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead Lean Supply Chain transformation through process design, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
- Drive inventory optimization including Inventory Turns, Back Order root cause analysis, and ABC / XYZ studies.
- Implement Lean systems like JIT, Kanban, and 2-bin synchronized with internal processes.
- Deliver sustainable logistics, warehouse, and packaging cost reduction projects through cross-functional collaboration.
