The People & Culture Advisor is a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, based at our Head Office in Wodonga. You’ll be hands-on across recruitment, onboarding, retention, wellbeing, training and development, and employee relations — helping shape a workplace where people thrive. A key focus of this role will be supporting the implementation and utilisation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), enabling smarter, more efficient and impactful HR processes. You’ll be part of our Corporate Services team, working collaboratively to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with our mission to strengthen communities.
