Novaris, a global leader in surge protection solutions, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Asia sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and expand business in Indian market while also working alongside our regional team.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Drive new business opportunities and expand our presence across India.
- Build strong relationships with system integrators, EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
- Closely monitor new tenders, projects, and initiate channel development activities.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and provide strategic insights on risks, opportunities, and market trends.
- Support distributors / partners with training, proposals, and deal closure.
- Represent Novaris at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites.
- Collaborate with global teams, contributing to strategy, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
5+ years’ experience in Electrical, Process Automation, or Surge Protection industries.
Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
