Job description5 + years in lead generation, with at least two years in staffing services. Hands-on expertise with Sales Navigator or Apollo or Lusha. Strong cold calling + client engagement skills. Experience in international markets (U.S., Singapore, Middle East). CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). - Generate & qualify leads for staffing services (India + Singapore ).
- Engage prospects via cold calls, outbound emails, and outreach.
- Source leads from Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, Shine.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with business goals.
- Keep CRM data accurate & share weekly activity reports.
