About the Role

As an

Academic Counsellor (Trainee)

, you will :

✅ Mentor and guide students on our school curriculum

✅ Support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions

✅ Convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales

✅ Build long-term relationships with students and parents

Requirements

Prior experience in

sales, academic counselling, or BDA

preferred

Freshers with

0–3 months of experience

are welcome

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Passion for education and mentorship

Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career
