Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Intern
to join our growing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, lead generation, and order coordination within the hospitality and lifestyle industry. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support day-to-day activities and contribute to Lagavi’s growth in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
Identify potential B2B clients (hospitality, retail, gifting, cafés, hotels).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Client Outreach & Coordination
Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and catalogs.
Order Management Support
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to track client orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
Update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and status reports.
Business Development Support
Assist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and sales reports.
Shadow senior team members during client meetings (where applicable).
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain trackers, MIS sheets, and weekly reports on sales activities.
Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, business development, and the hospitality / luxury sector.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Prior internship or project experience in sales / marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
