Position : Brand Manager

Role Brief : This role sits at the crossroads of consumer insight, product development, and brand storytelling. You will translate our brand ethos into products that not only meet customer needs but also build equity, tell a compelling story, and strengthen our identity. From shaping the product roadmap to positioning and packaging, youll play a key role in crafting a brand people dont just buy frombut believe in.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 3-5 years of experience from good B-Schools
- Experience in product & brand management ideally from luggage or in consumer-facing
industries (e.g., fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories)
Incumbent should have independently managed a portfolio of products & new product development within category or in adjacent categoriesStrong understanding of physical product development, preferably with exposure to manufacturing / sourcingExperience with market research and data analysis.Analytical and insights-driven, with a good eye for aesthetics and detailFamiliarity with various marketing channels and platforms.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Strategy :
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with brand strategy and market trends.Identify market gaps, evolving travel needs, and consumer preferences to feed productdevelopment opportunities
Benchmark against competition across Indian and global marketsProduct Development
Lead the development and execution of a New Product Development (NPD) calendar.Translate customer insights into product briefs for the design team.Work closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure new products align with the brands values and market demand.Go-to-Market & Launches
Craft compelling product narratives in alignment with brand identityOversee the entire product launch process, including planning, execution, and post-launch Analysis and make recommendations for CollaborationWork closely with internal teams Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Sales (Offline & Ecommerce).Ensure alignment across teams on product specs, timelines, and availabilityBe the custodian of the product throughout its lifecyclePricing & Positioning :
Manage category-specific promotions and pricing strategiesBrand Management :
Define and evolve the brands positioning, voice, and visual identityMaintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and overall brand experience across all channels.Develop annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and customer insightsMonitor and measure brand health through qualitative and quantitative toolsMarketing & Communication :
