Role :
- Analyzing the needs of customer for assigned brand portfolio.
- Data analysis.
- Strategic initiatives.
- Managing brands along with team.
- Overall development of team.
- Generating business revenue with optimum utilization of available resources.
- Strengthening Product Portfolio-To introduce key products to strengthen product portfolio and therapy mix.
- Marketing Tactics-To access the market dynamics and implement customer friendly approaches to enhance the brand value.
- Team Coordination-To strengthen the brands by integrating the progress of prescription base, prescriber base, market share.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management.Increase market share of the brand.Driving Brand portfolio in alignment with the division’s vision.Managing the expenses / Strategy for ROI.Designing promotional plan, promotional activities & maintaining it under control.New Launch suggestion to increase business profits.Continuous evaluation of scope of new launches in the segment.Coordinating with sales to achieve desired goal for brands.Coordinating with different departments for smooth running of business.Ensure all marketing programs are executed.Keep market updation.Brand awareness.
