Affiliate Manager - Lead Generation

About Us :

Crossblade Media LLC is a performance-based lead generation company serving the US market. We specialize in generating high-quality leads across multiple verticals including home services (windows, roofing, solar), insurance, debt settlement, and more. We process thousands of leads daily through our owned landing pages and work with top-tier buyers across the industry.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and help scale our lead generation campaigns. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with a proven track record in affiliate marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers to drive quality web leads
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and volume
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and partners
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and campaign guidelines
  • Track KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Negotiate terms and manage publisher payouts
  • Identify new opportunities to scale lead generation efforts

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns and performance marketing
  • Experience with lead verticals such as insurance, solar, home services, or financial services (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with tracking platforms and compliance tools
