Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive (B2B) with 1–2 years of experience in the essential oils, carrier oils, natural extracts, or related raw materials industry. The role involves both new client acquisition and account management, focusing on growing Elite Biotech’s footprint in the Indian B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business by identifying and onboarding manufacturers, FMCG companies, cosmetics & pharma firms, and raw material traders.
Manage and grow existing B2B accounts, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets (revenue + client acquisition).
Build strong client relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable oils from Elite Biotech’s product portfolio.
Conduct B2B client meetings, presentations, and product discussions (in-person and virtual).
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate B2B lead and sales records using CRM tools
Track competitor activities and industry trends in the B2B oils and natural extracts market.
Requirements
1–2 years of B2B sales experience in essential oils, carrier oils, natural extracts, or related raw materials (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and negotiation process.
Proven track record in new client acquisition and account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Familiarity with CRM systems
