Customer Relationship & Sales Executive ( Pet Industry )

We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive (Pet Industry) to join our team at Bones & Paws .

Key responsibilities :

• Handle inbound / outbound calls with pet shops, vets, groomers & customers
• Generate leads & boost sales through calls and follow-ups
• Manage Instagram DMs, WhatsApp,Facebook,Youtube posts, stories & reels, videos.
• Run Instagram ads & handle email communication
• Maintain customer data, registers & Excel sheets
• Conduct feedback calls & nurture client relationships

Candidates with experience in the pet industry will be preferred.

Location : Preet Vihar,East Delhi
