Profile : Relationship manager

Location : Uttar pradesh ( Moradabad, Firozabad, Varanasi, Mauranipur, Mahoba, Mathura, Ambedkar Nagar, Prayagraj)

Experience : Minimum 6 months in the Insurance sector (Motor / Health Insurance preferred)

Channel : Agency Channel — work with POSP agents

✨ Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents for Motor & Health Insurance
  • Build strong relationships with agents & drive business through them
  • Provide training & support to agents to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & policy renewals

✅ Who can apply?

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance sales (Motor or Health)
  • Should have worked with POSP agents / Agency channel
  • Good communication & relationship-building skills
