Skills & Job Role :

• vSphere installation, upgradation and configuration from 7.x to 8.x
• Should be good in xcp-ng installation and configuration
• Knowledge on Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure Cloud and AWS
• Setting up the new server Hardware to commission in the Virtual landscape
• Configuring iLO and iDRAC for remote management and Health check-up
• ESXi Installation and upgradation in Standalone and Cluster mode
• VCenter Installation, upgradation and Patching
• Creating standard and distributed network port groups
• Configure and Troubleshooting vMotion, DRS, HA, etc.
• Resolving the problems associated with Server Hardware, ESXi, vCenter, VM, etc.
• Virtual machine creation, deletion and Modification
• Content Library management, Creating, modifying and deleting the Templates
• Right sizing the CPU and Memory and removing unused resources
• Data store segregation, Core dump configuration and TPM alerts
• Troubleshooting Skyline, vROps, vCenter issues
• VM cloning, Snapshot and restoration
• Server Hardware, ESXI, VM Commission and Decommission
• Deploying vSAN Cluster, Configuring LUN and vSAN storage
• Coordinating with vendor on Hardware and VMWare issues
• Scripting, Automation, Architectural Changes
• Zerto Replication
• Weekly activity reports
