We're hiring an Oracle Lead Developer (5-7 years' experience) to join our R&D team.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to product development, work on Oracle EBS technical stack, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

• Develop high-performance PL / SQL code and optimize Oracle systems.
• Work on EBS technical stack (reports, concurrent programs, interfaces).
• Support RICE components and customizations in HRMS modules.
• Collaborate with product and functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and continuously improve code quality.
