Lead Oracle APEX Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust and scalable web applications using Oracle APEX, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Application Development : Drive end-to-end application development, from requirement gathering to deployment, leveraging Oracle APEX to meet complex business needs.
• User Interface & Experience : Oversee the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Database Integration : Architect, develop, and manage database objects, queries, and PL / SQL code to support enterprise-level APEX applications.
• Mentorship & Collaboration : Guide and mentor junior developers, review code for quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve development processes, enhance performance, and optimize system architecture.
