Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and maintain PL / SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
Perform code debugging, query optimization, and performance tuning for database applications.
Work closely with senior developers and business analysts to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Collaborate with QA and operations teams for deployment and issue resolution.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects and processes.
Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

Common Skills (All Roles) :

Advanced PL / SQL coding & debugging skills

Oracle Database (11g / 12c / 19c)

SQL performance tuning and optimization

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of database development and data modeling.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).

Proficiency in Unix / Linux Shell scripting for automation and deployment.

Ability to perform basic Unix commands, file handling, and process monitoring.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and script-based job scheduling.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms (10g / 11g / 12c) and Reports development.

Ability to customize and maintain existing forms and reports for business workflows.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters degree or Oracle certifications are a plus)
