KeyResponsibilities : -

Recruit,induct, motivate & retain high-performing team members

Ensure smooth branch operations with focus on revenue & profitability

Drive individual & team performance as per set norms

Ensure100% compliance with regulatory & organizational guidelines

Client acquisition through personal network & open market (with margin collection)

Generate revenue via Broking & Non-Broking products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds & focus products) Maintain & strengthen relationships with existing clients
